Controlled Drugs (Substances Useful for Manufacture) (Intra-Community Trade) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 in relation to the notification and control of substances and the control of the import and export of goods, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:
