The General Medical Services and Personal Medical Services Transitional and Consequential Provisions Order 2004

9.  In the National Health Service (General Dental Services) Regulations 1992(1), in regulation 2 (interpretation)(2)—

(a) in the definition of “Local Dental Committee” omit “, Local Medical Committee”; and

(b) after the definition of “locality” insert—

““Local Medical Committee” means a committee recognised by the Primary Care Trust under section 45A of the Act(3);”.
