14. In Schedule 1 to the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974(1) (existing enactments which are relevant statutory provisions), omit the entries relating to the Explosives Act 1923, the Fireworks Act 1951 and the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1953.
