25. In regulation 34 of Part VII of Miscellaneous Mines (Explosives) Regulations 1959(1) (shot firing – additional provisions for shafts, winzes and raises), for the words from “workshop used” to the end substitute “suitable place for that purpose appointed by the manager of the mine”.
