30.  In the entry for cellulose nitrate in column 1 of Part I of Schedule 1 to the Notification of Installations Handling Hazardous Substances Regulations 1982(1) (named substances), for “the Explosives Act 1875” substitute “the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005”.
