These Regulations amend the Gas (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005 (S.I.2005/1135) (the Principal Regulations).

These Regulations amend the Gas (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005 (S.I.2005/1135) (the Principal Regulations).
These Regulations change the date that the Principal Regulations come into force from 1st April 2005 to 1st May 2005 so as to ensure that the coming into force of the Principal Regulations coincides with the introduction of a new standard special licence condition governing standards of performance.
