Amendment to the Unsolicited Goods and Services Act 1971

2.  In section 3(3)(a) of the Unsolicited Goods and Services Act 1971(1) (orders for entries), for the words “and bearing, in print,” substitute—

• “,which may be sent electronically but which must bear”.
