6.—(1) A person who is settled in the United Kingdom is hereby specified for the purpose of sections 19(3)(c), 21(3)(c) and 23(3)(c) of the 2004 Act.
(2) In this regulation, “settled in the United Kingdom” has the meaning given in paragraph 6 of the immigration rules (which are the rules laid before Parliament under section 3(2) of the Immigration Act 1971(1)).
