There are currently no known outstanding effects for The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005, Section 55B.
55B. The financial promotion restriction does not apply to any non-real time communication or solicited real time communication by a person acting as an insolvency practitioner (within the meaning of the Regulated Activities Order) [F2in the course of carrying on] an activity which would be a regulated activity but for article 72H of the Regulated Activities Order (insolvency practitioners).]
