Amendment of section 184(1) of the Finance Act 1993

2.—(1) Section 184(1) of the Finance Act 1993(1) (interpretation of Chapter 3 of Part 2) is amended as follows.
(2) In the definition of “premium trust fund” for “section 10.3 of the Lloyd’s Sourcebook” substitute “section 17.7 of the Lloyd’s Sourcebook”.
