1. In section 2 of the Celluloid and Cinematograph Film Act 1922 M1 (purposes to which the Act applies) for the words “the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997” substitute “ the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 ”.

M11922 (c. 35). Section 2 was amended by the Cinemas Act 1985 (c. 13), section 24 and Schedule 2, by S.I. 1992/1811 and 2002/2776 and by the Licensing Act 2003, section 198(1) and paragraph 10 of Schedule 6.
