This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 6, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2005.

In this Order—

  • “the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993 M1;

  • “the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995 M2;

  • “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004;

  • “the Pensions Compensation Board” means the Pensions Compensation Board established under section 78 M3 of the 1995 Act (the Compensation Board).
