1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 6, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2005.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993 M1;
“the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995 M2;
“the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004;
“the Pensions Compensation Board” means the Pensions Compensation Board established under section 78 M3 of the 1995 Act (the Compensation Board).
