1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 22nd July 2005.

Amendments to the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004 E+W+S

2.  The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004 M1 shall be amended in accordance with the Schedule 1.

4.  The Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2002 M3 shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 3.

Amendments to the Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2005 E+W+S
