Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as The Coventry City Council and the North West Federation of Schools (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st September 2005.
(2) In this Order—
“the 2000 Act” means the Learning and Skills Act 2000(1);
“the Act” means the Education Act 2002; and
“the North West Federation of Schools” means the Sidney Stringer School – Specialising in Mathematics and Computing(2), the Barr’s Hill School and Community College(3) and the President Kennedy School and Community College(4).
