In the case of the following regulated professions, the appeal body shall be the body, court or person specified below in relation to that profession, namely:—

SOLICITOR (Scotland) | The Court of Session |

The Chancellor of the High Court may nominate another judge of that court to exercise his functions under paragraph 1.

In the case of all other regulated professions the appeal body shall be a county court or a sheriff court.
