Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 U.K.

2.  In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1) (purposes for which financial assistance may be given), after paragraph (uu)(2) there shall be added—

“(vv) the scheme known as the Bio-energy Infrastructure Scheme.”.
