PART 5Licences under Section 129 of the Act

Form of licences16.

(1)

A licence granted by virtue of section 129(2)(a) of the Act shall be in the form set out in, and contain the particulars required by, Part 1 of Schedule 4 to these Regulations.

(2)

A licence granted by virtue of section 129(2)(b) of the Act shall be in the form set out in, and contain the particulars required by, Part 2 of Schedule 4 to these Regulations.
