The Lord Chancellor, with the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee appointed in pursuance of section 127 of the Land Registration Act 20021, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(2), 25(1), 34(2), 70, 126, 127(1) and 128 of, and paragraphs 6 and 8 of Schedule 10 to, that Act and section 32 of, and paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 4 to, the Family Law Act 19962, hereby makes the following rules:
