A person guilty of an offence under regulation 4(12), 7(6), 8(7) and 9(13) to 9(16) shall be liable—

on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine, or both.

A person guilty of an offence under regulation 6(7) shall be liable F2—
a
on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £20,000; and
b
on conviction on indictment to a fine
F2on summary conviction, or on conviction on indictment, to a fine.

A person guilty of an offence under regulation 10(9), 12(5) or 13(6) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
