Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 5^th December.

(2) In this Order—

(a) “the principal Order” means the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) Order 2002(1); and

(b) a reference to a numbered column is to the column in the Schedule to the principal Order bearing that number.
