Amendment of section 38

35.  In section 38 (prohibition on practice of dentistry by laymen), in subsection (1)(1), for the words from the beginning to “medical practitioner” substitute “A person who is not a registered dentist, a registered dental care professional or a visiting EEA practitioner entered in the list of such practitioners”.
