13. Section 136 of the 2003 Act (transfer of prisoners for treatment for mental disorder) shall apply to any person detained under the Immigration Act 1971(1) or under section 62 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (detention by Secretary of State)(2) as that section applies to a person serving a sentence of imprisonment.
