2. In section 31(3) and section 32(4) of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982(1), for “section 6 of the International Transport Conventions Act 1983” substitute “regulation 8 of the Railways (Convention on International Carriage by Rail) Regulations 2005”.

1982 c. 27. Sections 31(3) and 32(4) were amended by the International Transport Conventions Act 1983 (c. 14), section 11(2). There have been other amendments to these sections which are not relevant to these Regulations.
