(2) In article 3(1), in the definition of “close relative”, after “spouse” (in each place) insert “ or civil partner ”.
(3) In article 61(4)(c)(i), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
(4) In article 71(2)(b), after “widowers,” insert “ civil partners, surviving civil partners, ”.
(5) In paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 1, after “marriage” insert “ or the formation of a civil partnership ”.
