Savings Certificates Regulations 1991 E+W+S

11.—(1) Amend the Savings Certificates Regulations 1991 M1 as follows.

(2) In regulation 17(1)(c), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.

(3) In the heading preceding regulation 26, for “and marriage” substitute “ , marriage and civil partnership ”.

(4) In regulation 26—

(a) for “Section 10” substitute “ Sections 10, 10A, 10B and 10C ”; and

(b) for “relates to the price of a certificate of birth, death or marriage” substitute “ relate to the price of a certificate of birth, death, marriage, civil partnership or a certified copy of an entry in the Civil Partnership Register ”.

(5) In Schedule 2—

(a) in paragraph (4)(1)(c), after “marriage” insert “ or formation of a civil partnership by, ”; and

(b) in paragraph (4)(3)—

(i) after “by the marriage” insert “ or formation of a civil partnership by, ”; and

(ii) after “before the marriage” insert “ or civil partnership ”.
