Premium Savings Bonds Regulations 1972 E+W+S

8.—(1) Amend the Premium Savings Bonds Regulations 1972 M1 as follows.

(2) In the heading preceding regulation 25, for “and marriage” substitute “ , marriage and civil partnership ”.

(3) In regulation 25—

(a) for “Section 10” substitute “ Sections 10, 10A, 10B and 10C ”; and

(b) for “relates to the price of a certificate of birth, death or marriage” substitute “ relate to the price of a certificate of birth, death, marriage, civil partnership or a certified copy of an entry in the Civil Partnership Register ”.
