6.—(1) Amend the Savings Contracts Regulations 1969 M1 as follows.

(2) In the heading preceding regulation 21, for “and marriage” substitute “ , marriage and civil partnership ”.

(3) In regulation 21—

(a) for “Section 10” substitute “ Sections 10, 10A, 10B and 10C ”; and

(b) for “relates to the price of a certificate of birth, death or marriage” substitute “ relate to the price of a certificate of birth, death, marriage, civil partnership or a certified copy of an entry in the Civil Partnership Register ”.

7.—(1) Amend the National Savings Bank Regulations 1972 M2 as follows.

(3) In regulation 35—

(a) in paragraph (1)(c), after “marriage” insert “ or formation of a civil partnership by, ”; and

(b) in paragraph (3)—

(i) after “by the marriage” insert “ or formation of a civil partnership by, ”; and

(ii) after “before the marriage” insert “ or civil partnership ”.

(4) In regulation 41(1)(c), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
