3.—(1) Amend the European Parliamentary Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 2004 M1 as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (Welsh version of prescribed forms or forms of words)—
(a)in Form 4 (form of words for first question prescribed by rule 36(2)), for “gwr [gwraig]” substitute “ priod, partner sifil ”; and
(b)in Form 4 (form of words for second question prescribed by rule 36(2)), for “ŵr [gwraig]” substitute “ briod, partner sifil ”.
(3) In Schedule 2 (Welsh and English versions of prescribed forms)—
(a)in Form 3 (Proxy's Official Poll Card)—
(i)for “ŵr, yn wraig” substitute “ briod, partner sifil ”; and
(ii)for “husband, wife” substitute “ spouse, civil partner ”; and
(b)in Form 6 (Proxy Paper)—
(i)for “ŵr, yn wraig” substitute “ briod, partner sifil ”; and
(ii)for “husband, wife” substitute “ spouse, civil partner ”.
