Prescribed schemes3
For the purposes of section 43(1)(b) (schemes to which section 43 (financial support directions) does not apply), a prescribed scheme or a scheme of a prescribed description is as prescribed for the purposes of sections 38 and 52 (contribution notices and restoration orders) in regulation 3 of the Pensions Regulator (Contribution Notices and Restoration Orders) Regulations 2005 M1.
