10.—(1) Regulation C11 shall be amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (2) insert the following—
“(3) Parts IIA and III of Schedule 6 have effect for enabling family benefit contributions in respect of a civil partner’s reckonable service before 6th April 1988 to be paid.”.
