Amendment of the Teachers' Superannuation (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 19943

Regulation 2 shall be amended as follows.

After the definition of “the AVC Scheme” in paragraph (3) insert the following—
“civil partner” is to be construed in accordance with the 1997 Regulations;

In the definition of “dependant” in paragraph (3) after “any surviving spouse” insert “or surviving civil partner”.
