Regulations made under sections 69 and 708

Regulations made under subsection (4) section 69 of the 1992 Act (exemptions from duty to prepare group accounts) and in force immediately before the commencement date have effect as if made under section 69E of that Act (inserted by this Order).

Regulations made under section 70 of the 1992 Act (documents included in and contents and form of annual accounts) and in force immediately before the commencement date have effect as if made under sections 69B, 69C, 69F and 69G of that Act (inserted by this Order).
