Amendment to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998
29. In rule 27.2—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1)(f), before “Part 18”, insert “Subject to paragraph (3),”; and
(b)after paragraph (2), insert—
“(3) The court of its own initiative may order a party to provide further information if it considers it appropriate to do so.”.
