3.—(1) This Order applies to—
(a)the whole of the borough of Ipswich except those parts of the A14 (including its on and off slip roads) which lie within the boundary of the borough of Ipswich;
(b)the A1214 London Road in the district of Babergh from its junction with the A1071 to the boundary of the borough of Ipswich;
(c)Belmont Roadin the district of Babergh from its junction with the Hawthorn Drive roundabout to the boundary of the borough of Ipswich;
(d)Foxhall Roadin the district of Suffolk Coastal from its junction with Arundel Way to the boundary of the borough of Ipswich; and
(e)Arundel Wayin the district of Suffolk Coastal from its junction with Foxhall Road to the boundary of the borough of Ipswich.
