23.—(1) In the 1975 Act—
(a)section 28 (exception for physical training) is repealed, and
(b)in section 35 (further exceptions from sections 29(1) and 30), in the table, for “Sections 26, 27 and 28” substitute “Sections 26 and 27”.
(2) The following provisions are repealed—
(a)paragraph 8 of Schedule 9 to the Learning and Skills Act 2000(1); and
(b)paragraph 75 of Schedule 12 to the Education Reform Act 1988(2).
