SCHEDULE 7 E+W+S Prohibitions on the consignment of relevant material to another part of the European Community without a plant passport

PART B E+W+S Relevant material which may only be consigned to a protected zone in another part of the European Community if accompanied by a plant passport which is valid for that protected zone

1.  Trees of Abies Mill., Larix Mill., Picea A. Dietr., Pinus L. or Pseudotsuga Carr. E+W+S

2.  Trees, other than seeds, of Populus L., intended for planting. E+W+S

3.  Trees, other than fruit or seeds, of Eucalyptus L'Hérit. E+W+S

4.  Wood referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of “wood” in article 2(1), where it— E+W+S

(a) has been obtained in whole or in part from—

(i) conifers (Coniferales), excluding wood which is bark-free;

(ii) Castanea Mill., excluding wood which is bark-free; and

(b) meets one of the descriptions specified in item 1.10(b) in Annex V, Part A, Section II of the Directive.
