This Order may be cited as the National Blood Authority and United Kingdom Transplant (Abolition) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.

In this Order—

• “NBA” means the National Blood Authority established by the National Blood Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 19933;

• “NHSBT” means NHS Blood and Transplant (Gwaed a Thrawsblaniadau'r GIG) established by NHS Blood and Transplant (Gwaed a Thrawsblaniadau'r GIG) (Establishment and Constitution) Order 20054;

• “UKT” means United Kingdom Transplant established by the United Kingdom Transplant (Establishment and Constitution) Order 19915.
