1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the National Blood Authority and United Kingdom Transplant (Abolition) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.
(2) In this Order—
“NBA” means the National Blood Authority established by the National Blood Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1993(1);
“NHSBT” means NHS Blood and Transplant (Gwaed a Thrawsblaniadau'r GIG) established by NHS Blood and Transplant (Gwaed a Thrawsblaniadau'r GIG) (Establishment and Constitution) Order 2005(2);
“UKT” means United Kingdom Transplant established by the United Kingdom Transplant (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1991(3).
