Approval of persons to issue certificates of compliance20
For the purposes of issuing certificates of compliance in accordance with regulation 19(1), the Secretary of State may approve—
a
where the person referred to in regulation 19(1) is an individual, that individual;
b
where the person referred to in regulation 19(1) is a partnership, a partner; or
c
where the person referred to in regulation 19(1) is a company, a director of that company.
