Citation, commencement and interpretation E+W+S

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Deferral of Retirement Pensions, Shared Additional Pension and Graduated Retirement Benefit) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 6^th April 2006.

(2) In these Regulations—

“the Claims and Payments Regulations” means the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 M1 ;

“the Housing Benefit Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987 M2 .
