2. The Schedule to the Consular Fees Order 2005(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)in Part III, the title “Marriages, Births and Deaths” shall be replaced with the title “Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships”;
(b)in Fee 22, after the words “intended marriage”, there shall be inserted “or civil partnership or overseas relationship”;
(c)Fee 23 shall be replaced by the following Fee—
(d)in Fee 24, after the words “intended marriage”, there shall be inserted “or civil partnership”;
(e)Fee 25 shall be replaced by the following fee—
“25. – (1) Transmitting a record of a marriage under the local law to the appropriate Registrar General in accordance with Article 7(1) of the Foreign Marriage Order 1970(5), including the provision of any necessary certification | 23.50 |
(2) Transmitting a record of an overseas relationship under the Civil Partnership (Registration Abroad and Certificates) Order 2005(6), including the provision of any necessary certification | 23.50” |
(f)in Fee 26, after the words “intended marriage”, there shall be inserted “or intended overseas relationship”;
(g)in Fee 28, for the words “births, deaths or marriages” there shall be inserted “births, deaths, marriages or civil partnerships”;
(h)in Fee 29, for the words “births, deaths or marriages” there shall be inserted “births, deaths, marriages or civil partnerships”;
(i)in Fee 30, for the words “births, deaths or marriages” there shall be inserted “births, deaths, marriages or civil partnerships”;
(j)in Fee 31, for the words “births, deaths or marriages” there shall be inserted “births, deaths, marriages or overseas relationships”.
