Provisions coming into force on 10th October 20052

10th October 2005 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—

a

section 12 (private clubs etc.) so far as it inserts section 21F into the 1995 Act for the purpose only of exercising any power to make regulations; and

b

paragraph 34(6) of Schedule 1 (minor and consequential amendments), and section 19(1) so far as it relates to that paragraph.
