5. Section 11(1) (powers of entry), section 12(2) (unauthorised entry) and section 13 (refusal to give possession to acquiring authority) of the 1965 Act shall apply so that, as from the date on which the undertaker has served notice to treat under this Order in respect of any right, it has the power to exercise that right (which shall be deemed for this purpose to have been created on the date of service of the notice), subject to the conditions contained in the 1965 Act.
Section 11 was amended by the Acquisition of Land Act 1981, section 34(1) and Schedule 4 and the Housing (Consequential Provisions) Act 1985 (c. 71), section 3, and Schedule 1.
Section 12 was amended by the Courts Act 1971 (c. 23), section 56(2) and Schedule 9.
