The Human Tissue Act 2004 (Commencement No.3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2005

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 58(3) and 60(2) of the Human Tissue Act 20041.

In accordance with section 60(3) to (5) of that Act, she has consulted the National Assembly for Wales, the relevant Northern Ireland Department2 and the Scottish Ministers before exercising those powers.
