The Misuse of Drugs and the Misuse of Drugs (Supply to Addicts) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 No. 2864

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs and the Misuse of Drugs (Supply to Addicts) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 14th November 2005.

(2) In these Regulations “the 2001 Regulations” means the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001(1).
