Establishment of eligibility for transfer

2.  Every person who, on the date on which these Regulations come into force, is serving as a park constable with the Royal Parks Constabulary shall comply with the requirements set out in regulation 3 for the purposes of establishing whether he is eligible—

(a) to be employed by the Authority, or

(b) to serve as a member of the police force for the metropolitan police district.
