Termination of employment

4. The following persons shall not be eligible for compensation for early retirement or severance under schemes made under section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972(1)—
(a)any person whose Crown employment is terminated under paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 13 to the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 as a consequence of failing to comply with any requirement imposed on him by regulations 2 and 3; and
(b)any person who is eligible to serve as a member of the police force of the metropolitan police district whose Crown employment is terminated as a result of a provision in a transfer scheme made under Schedule 13 to that Act of the kind described in paragraph 4(2)(f) of that Schedule.
