Amendment of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987

4.—(1) The Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 42(4)(a)(i) (notional income) M2, for “widow or widower” substitute “ widow, widower or surviving civil partner ”.
(3) In regulation 51(3)(a)(i) (notional capital) M3, for “widow or widower” substitute “ widow, widower or surviving civil partner ”.
