The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 20(7) and (8), 21(5)(a), (b) and (e), 21D(7)(a), 21E(8)(a) and (d), 27(3), 67(2) and (3), 68(1) of, and paragraphs 8(a) and (b) and 9 of Schedule 4 to the Disability Discrimination Act 19951, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
